SCARCE RESOURCES:
RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION
The Department of Labor estimates that there will be a shortage of 10 million workers over the next decade. Companies are competing for employees to the extent that recruitment and retention has become the primary directive of most organizations. Scarce Resources is our theatre-based training program that examines the evolving landscape of America's workforce, provides cutting-edge strategies to tap hidden pools of employees, and how to hold on to the talent you have. Human Resource professionals will find this program indispensable in their effort to reach their R&R goals. Front-line supervisors and managers should also attend this program because they are the company's primary contact with employees and play a key role in retaining them. We strongly suggest that companies interested in bringing this program onsite purchase the workshop we have developed to amplify this subject. Please contact our office for details.
