How do we provide constructive feedback, positive and negative, in the context of a team? What is the role of the team leader? Who coaches? The program takes a look at how coaching was handled within traditional organizational structures, clarifies the different skills required in a team culture and outlines how to build those skills. This program is a must for organizations moving to a team culture, or wishing to reinforce these skills for existing teams.

WHAT'S THAT SMELL?
This team has a rather tricky challenge! One of the team members has an obvious "personal hygiene" problem and no one is willing to give the feedback he desperately needs. This metaphor is great for emphasizing the importance of communication to a fully functioning team.WHO'S THE BOSS?
If someone on your team is not performing to accepted standards, who gets the job of confronting that individual? This scene illustrates that the team "leader" may not necessarily be the automatic choice. Consideration of relationship, communication skills, and know-how should point the way.HONEY, PASS THE CLICKER
Performing effectively in teams requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt. This dramatization shows how we need only look at our personal lives to realize the difficulty of changing from the comfort of our routines.DROWNING IN PRIORITIES
A common problem within multi-functional teams is the continuous feeling of being "almost qualified"; just as you feel comfortable in one role, you're switched off into another or given greater responsibility. To top it off, you may then be asked to provide feedback to another team member. Stop juggling those bowling balls and use the team to investigate a solution!AXIOMS
Here we clarify the rules for giving positive and negative constructive feedback.HERO WITH A THOUSAND FACES
The character in this inspirational monologue expresses gratitude for working within an organization willing to continuously improve its service to the customer. Asked who the hero is, he remarks, "The hero is the team, a hero with a thousand faces".
