EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS
"Breaking the Codes" acknowledges that in this age of communication, with technology allowing us to share information through an incredible array of media and format, we still have trouble saying what we mean and meaning what we say. This program provides a refresher on the components of interpersonal communication, emphasizes their importance in internal/external customer service, and defines the five major characteristics of communicating effectively. Audiences will identify with these examples on their way to understanding the concepts and skills that create better communicators.
